After some extensive repairs this winter, Cotytto was finally put back in the water.

So with a skeleton crew, which worked together like a well oiled machine, Cotytto was brought back to Newport 5/21/16.

So, the Captain and crew of Cotytto, eagerly awaits the beginning of a new boating season, the warmth of the summer sun, and the feel of ocean spray on our faces.

We will spend our weekends and our week long trip in August in search of adventure, with friends...

and in the coming months, Susan and I will write about it, and we hope you tag along here at "Ship's Log......Cotytto. "

Cotytto...the Thracian Goddess of Debauchery

Cotytto, the Thracian Goddess of Debauchery, worshiped at Athens with licentious rites. She loves immodesty and naughtiness. Any excuse for a bit of titillation. But her debauched priests, called Baptes, carried out their sleazy rituals and nocturnal shenanigans, so enthusiastically that even the Goddess herself was disgusted. How disgustingly obscene do you need to be, to disgust the Goddess of Debauchery?

Cotytto is also our friend's (Captain Dan) 56ft. custom built Bruckmann Yacht, which is safe and sound in Newport, and once again, calling her Captain and Crew.

Read about her Maiden Voyage up from Maryland here.

So, Captain Dan and his motley crew of discontents and zealots will spend their days and nights with the Thracian Goddess of Blatant Debauchery and Nocturnal Sport, in search of adventure,
and in the days to come, Myself and Susan will write, and hope you will join us, as we recount our adventures.

Luv ya,
Curly
